Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mini Poodles Australia website (minipoodles.pet) and any puppy reservation, purchase, or enquiry made through it. By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or reserving a puppy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Mini Poodles Australia is a home-based breeder of Miniature and Toy Poodles, serving families across Australia. All correspondence is handled through a single official channel: hello@minipoodles.pet. We do not operate through any other email address, messaging app, or third-party marketplace account, and we will never ask you to pay through gift cards or an overseas wire transfer to an individual.

A puppy is only considered reserved once a deposit has been received and confirmed by us in writing. Submitting an enquiry or contact form does not reserve a puppy.

Deposits are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD) and go toward the total purchase price. Deposits are generally non-refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (see clause 8) or where we are unable to fulfil the reservation (for example, a puppy is found unfit for sale following veterinary assessment).

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and vary by litter, coat colour, and availability. Displayed prices are current at the time of publishing and may change without notice for puppies not yet reserved; the price confirmed in writing at the time of your deposit is the price that applies to your reservation. The remaining balance is due in full prior to pickup or delivery, using a payment method we confirm directly with you.

Each puppy is vet-checked, vaccinated according to age, and provided with a written health guarantee at the time of placement, covering genetic conditions for the period stated in your puppy's individual paperwork. The health guarantee is conditional on a veterinary check-up within 72 hours of pickup or delivery and on following the care guidance provided. It does not cover illness or injury arising from an accident, neglect, improper diet, or failure to follow veterinary advice after placement.

We offer both local pickup and Australia-wide delivery, arranged individually for each family once a reservation is confirmed. Delivery costs, timing, and method (courier flight nanny or in-person handover) will be agreed with you in writing before your puppy travels. Risk in the puppy passes to you on handover at pickup, or on receipt at the agreed delivery point.

If you wish to cancel a reservation, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@minipoodles.pet. Deposits already paid are treated in line with clause 3 above. Any balance paid beyond the deposit, for a reservation cancelled before pickup or delivery, will be refunded within a reasonable time, less any costs already incurred on your puppy's behalf (for example, booked transport).

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the ACL applies and permits us to limit our liability, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacement of the animal or refund of the amount paid.

All text, photographs, and graphics on this website are owned by or licensed to Mini Poodles Australia and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our contact or reservation forms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to clause 8, Mini Poodles Australia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from the sale of a puppy. Our total liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that puppy.

Information you submit through our contact or reservation forms (such as your name, email, and enquiry details) is used only to respond to you and manage your puppy reservation, and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is needed to arrange delivery. Contact us at hello@minipoodles.pet with any privacy questions or to request your information be removed.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The version published on this page at the time of your reservation applies to that reservation. This page was last updated August 2026.
